UNDATED — One man from Danville, another from Coal Township, and a former standout Bloomsburg University football player are among 13 people charged in steroid rings. The arrests took place in Northumberland, Montour, Columbia, Luzerne and Lackawanna Counties. 40-year-old Keith Kilgus of Danville and 25-year-old Matt Vilanoski of Coal Township are both charged following the 17-month investigation. Kilgus faces charges including multiple counts of delivery and possession of anabolic steroids. Vilanoski is charged with one count of possession of anabolic steroids.
